Job Summary

**Practice Information:**

**Location:** Hospital-

**Work Schedule:** Looking for 2-3 shifts of 12 hours each week-

**On-Call Duties:** None- **System Used:** CERNER-

**Supervision:** CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) will work under supervision-

**Surgeries per Day:** About 35-

**Pain Management Cases:** None-

**Operating Rooms:** 16 rooms available-

**Childrens Care:** No pediatric cases

**Qualifications Needed:**

**Michigan License:

** Required (no exceptions)-

**Certification:** NBCRNA (new graduates are welcome)

- Required- **Certifications Needed:

** BLS and ACLS - Required-

**Background Check:** Must have a clean background with no malpractice issues for quick approval

- Required- **Preference for Providers:

** Local providers who can drive to the location

**Certifications Required:**

- AANA- ACLS- BLS- NBCRNA

**State Requirements:**

- Must have a license to practice in Michigan.
