As the Stockroom Assistant you play a crucial role in ensuring that our back-of-house is organised and finely tuned for optimal performance. By maintaining high standards and implementation of correction routines you directly contribute to elevating both direct and indirect customer-service experiences. Your partnership with the management team is key to boosting profitability through smart logistics and efficient store operations. Together were not just running a store but crafting an engaging and profitable store experience. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Receive and process stock deliveries and shop floor replenishment 
• Create a highly organized stockroom following store operations best practices 
• Ensure size availability on the shop floor together with the Store Management team 
• Implement commercial activities including sales in the stockroom 
• Train all colleagues on store logistic training and best practices

What You Need to Succeed: 

Knowledge 

• You understand what makes a great customer experience 
• Prior retail or customer-facing experience  
• Fluent in English language 
• Previous knowledge of back of house operation is an advantage

• You enjoy working in a team and with customers 
• You find fulfilment in routine tasks and organising yourself and others

• Proven experience in coaching the others on logistic routines  
• Experience in back of house and stockroom operation
