Job Summary
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience with Cisco Collaboration technologies and Avaya or Nortel PBX/voice systems.
- Strong expertise in Cisco Collaboration technologies including:
- Cisco Webex Dedicated Instance (DI)
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
- Cisco Unity Connection (CUC)
- Cisco Expressway
- Webex Control Hub
- Experience with SIP trunking CUBE and SBCs (AudioCodes Ribbon Oracle Cisco).
- Understanding of legacy voice protocols (PRI TDM H.323) and modern VoIP protocols (SIP RTP SRTP).
- Hands-on experience with voice migration projects including coexistence scenarios.
- Strong troubleshooting documentation and customer-facing skills.
