About the Role:
As Precinct Beverage Manager youll oversee the beverage programs across the four venues above. From creating seasonal wine and cocktail lists to managing suppliers activations and training youll lead the way in delivering drinks that excite guests and keep standards high. Youll work closely with venue managers and the beverage director while developing and motivating a skilled team.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the Australian Whiskey Embassy
Designing and maintaining wine and cocktail lists
Driving spirit and wine activations
Supplier coordination and relationship management
Training & development of the beverage team
Supporting recruitment of the beverage team

What Were Looking For
Were after someone with multi-venue experience strong expertise in both cocktails and wine and a hands-on leadership style. Youll be organised commercially minded and passionate about mentoring others with the ability to balance creativity and consistency across busy bars and restaurants.
