Position Summary:
- Manage the Day-to-day system operation and maintenance routines of the property
- Oversee all preventative maintenance repairs
- Liaise with contractors suppliers and like-minded people for equipment and relationship building
- Lead the engineering maintenance crew keeping operations smooth while sparking a culture thats bold fresh and unapologetically fun.
- Actively identify conduct and manage repairs to the building and equipment
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
- Oversee building & service standards and identify and implement improvement initiatives showcasing your creativity and innovation skills.
- Be the main point of contact for all external & internal clients for the Engineering department
- Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst demonstrating the MOXY Hotels core values
About You:
- Relevant managerial experience in general maintenance property maintenance in hotels facilities residential or commercial.
