A highly recognised Australian retailer is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the evolution of its real-time loyalty campaigns and personalised offers platform. This role sits at the intersection of customer insight commercial strategy and digital product innovation.
You will own the roadmap for loyalty offers and campaign capability improving how members receive relevant timely and value-driven promotions across digital and in-store channels. This is a high-impact role focused on driving measurable outcomes including increased engagement frequency and customer lifetime value.
Key responsibilities
Define and execute the roadmap for loyalty offers and campaign capability
Translate commercial and customer challenges into scalable product solutions
Drive personalisation through data segmentation and real-time decisioning logic
Partner with marketing loyalty data and engineering teams to deliver cohesive experiences
Measure performance and continuously optimise promotional effectiveness

Proven Product Manager experience in digital environments
