Job Summary

As Head of Transformation youll play a pivotal role in shaping HCAs AI vision governance and ethics driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that deliver efficiency innovation and competitive advantage. Working closely with the Executive team youll scope opportunities build business cases and lead execution across strategic projects.

Youll oversee the PMO and ensure projects are prioritised governed and delivered effectively. Operating initially as a senior individual contributor you will have the scope to build a PMO team as the transformation function matures.

The portfolio of initiatives could include business growth strategies acquisitions large-scale system implementations (ERP HRIS) AI use cases and process optimisation across shared services.

To deliver this value you will also:

Lead the transformation strategy and governance frameworks to support strategic priorities.
Identify and deliver high-impact ethical AI opportunities aligned to business goals.
Oversee the enterprise project portfolio ensuring clear metrics performance tracking risk management and alignment to objectives.
Champion effective project management change adoption and continuous improvement.
Educate and engage teams and executives on AI capabilities opportunities and practical application.
Collaborate with IT product and operational teams to embed new systems tools and processes that deliver long-term impact

Lets talk about you!

You are a strategic transformation leader who combines consulting experience with hands-on delivery. You can engage and influence senior stakeholders and translate complex business problems into clear actionable initiatives. You are comfortable shaping AI strategies and leading enterprise-wide programs even when working independently or through partners and contractors.

Further studies such as an MBA or professional certifications in project management are highly regarded. Experience within healthcare workforce solutions or related services is a bonus.

 

Youre a strategic thinker with a mix of consulting experience with hands-on delivery. Youve led or advised on complex transformation programs ideally involving AI digital or enterprise change.

You can engage and influence senior stakeholders and translate complex goals into clear actionable plans.  Youve led significant digital technology or AI initiatives ideally in environments that balance strategy delivery and people.

Further studies such as an MBA or professional certifications in project management will be highly regarded and experience in healthcare or workforce solutions will be a bonus.
