Job Summary

Healthcare & IT Recruiter

Ontario Fully Remote

Source Code is a global STEM consulting and workforce solutions firm that works with 100s of large enterprise clients within Government Health Care Banking/ Finance and Technology sectors.

Most of our team is based out of Toronto but we service clients globally

Responsibilities:

Assist in candidate sourcing through various channels.
Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills qualifications and cultural fit.
Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client requirements and contribute to the recruitment strategy.
Learn and utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment activities.
Develop strong relationships with candidates and assist in managing client relationships.

Must Have:

Excellent communication skills
University Degree or College Diploma in HR business finance or similar

Nice to have:

Experience working within health care
Experience working within the technology space
Experience hiring of public sector positions with the Canadian Government
