English-Speaking FX Conversion Team Lead
Location: Sofia Bulgaria

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Team Lead for our English FX Conversion Desk at a well-established brokerage firm based in Bulgaria.

If you have led a successful team in the past and are open to growing a high-performing team around you or potentially bringing trusted colleagues that case you may find this role especially rewarding.

Requirements:

Native or fluent English speaker
Minimum 1 year of experience in FX Conversion as TL
Strong leadership and team development skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Currently based in Cyprus or open to relocating on short notice
Experience in building or growing a Conversion desk is a strong advantage
