What Youll Do:
1. People Operations
- Manage the full employee lifecycle ensuring compliance and data accuracy.
- Optimize HR systems policies and processes for efficiency.
- Monitor operational KPIs and report insights to leadership.
- Lead and develop the HR team to deliver consistent high-quality service.
2. Workplace & Accommodation Management
- Oversee office operations space setup and vendor coordination.
- Manage employee housing leases and relocation support.
- Control budgets and ensure effective resource use.
- Maintain a safe efficient and culture-aligned workspace.
3. Employee Experience & Relations
- Drive engagement initiatives to improve morale and well-being.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and workplace matters.
- Resolve employee concerns with fairness and discretion.
- Foster a positive inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Management or a related field; a Masters degree is highly desirable.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a people operations or HR leadership role overseeing teams of 10 members within organizations of at least 500 employees preferably in a multicultural environment.
- In-depth knowledge of employment regulations compliance frameworks and HR operational best practices.
- Demonstrated success in managing workplace operations including facilities and employee housing or accommodation programs.
- Exceptional communication leadership and collaboration skills with a strong commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
