Position: Vice President of Sales (Accounting SaaS/FinTech)
Location: Costa Mesa CA
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our sales strategy and drive significant revenue growth in the hospitality technology this high-impact leadership role youll be responsible for scaling a high-performing sales organization refining go-to-market strategies and accelerating our expansion within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for selling to enterprise franchise owners corporate offices and small business owners directly.
- Define lead and execute the companys overall sales strategy which is focused on rapid expansion and market penetration across Texas and the nation.
- Secure high-value opportunities and drive revenue growth across all hospitality sectors.
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients focusing on expanding our customer base.
- Develop innovative marketing strategies for our products and services.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive leads and close deals at high performance.
- Ensure accurate CRM data to inform business strategy and track growth.
- Present product demonstrations to clients in person or via Microsoft Teams.
- Set and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while meeting weekly KPIs.
- Monitor sales data generate reports and make recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required.
- Experience managing sales processes and achieving KPIs and quotas.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM systems.
- Ability to present and close deals with C-level executives and fortune 500 companies.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of software systems is a plus.
Pay: $150000 base Commissions (no cap) Benefits
