Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Identify and attract relevant candidates through LinkedIn job boards social media and referrals
- Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications experience and cultural fit
- Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and hiring needs
- Schedule and facilitate interviews ensuring smooth communication between candidates and clients
- Guide candidates through the hiring process offering interview tips and insights
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and hiring progress using an ATS
- Stay updated on industry trends salary benchmarks and talent market shifts
- Promote job openings and enhance employer visibility through networking and social media
Requirements:
- Proven experience with the full-cycle talent acquisition process
- Sourcing and recruitment tools proficiency
- Skilled in conducting interviews assessing both technical and soft skills and determining the best fit for a given role
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems CRM platforms and recruitment automation tools
- Capable of working autonomously handling multiple job openings simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines
- Ability to quickly adjust to various industries client expectations and hiring approaches.
- Good interpersonal communication and analytical skills
