Glovo is building the future of cities by allowing everyone to get any item from any store within 60 minutes. Our goal is to provide on-demand delivery infrastructure for every city in the world.

THE JOURNEY

• Recruit and train our Glovers (couriers).
• Be responsible for implementing processes and optimizing strategies for attracting and retaining Glovers.
• Solve problems and provide support to Glovers.
• Maintain documentation and contracts for Glovers.
• Handle procurement ensuring all Glovers receive their work kits and are ready to spread the Glovo brand.
• Manage planning general administration and KPI analysis.
• Communicate effectively with the local operations manager regarding processes and customer support operations.

Qualifications :

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Communication skills and the ability to solve problems quickly.
• High motivation to work in a fast-growing startup.
• An analytical mindset.
• Excel skills.
• Enjoy teaching and adapting new employees.
• Good energy and love what you do even on bad days.
• Upper Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
