Job Summary
We are currently hiring Kyiv-based applicants for the following shift:
- Tuesday Saturday 8AM5PM
Base 44 is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Tech Support Specialist to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a key player in a fast-paced innovative and collaborative start-up environment. You will be on the front lines providing technical support troubleshooting issues and contributing to the overall success of our your day-to-day you will:
- Provide Base44 users with complex technical solutions including remote access to systems analyzing diagnostics and troubleshooting network or database issues
- Implement fixes workarounds or configuration changes to restore functionality
- Properly identify document and escalate bugs for quick resolution
- Recognize trends in user experiences and advocate for fast solutions
- Interact closely with the product team to understand features functionality and potential pain points
- Document and clearly communicate technical issues to developers with detailed steps for replication
Qualifications :
- Strong technical skills comfortable navigating unfamiliar tools and technical documents
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of initiatives and drive them to completion within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in small collaborative teams and communicate clearly in both verbal and written forms
- Strong growth mindset and a relentless pursuit of success with a genuine eagerness to learn and develop new skills
- Proven experience with vibe coding tools - an advantage
- Familiarity with JavaScript and React basics an advantage
- Experience troubleshooting API connections inspecting network requests and identifying errors in the console
