About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader in a Call Center / BPO environment to lead and motivate a dynamic operations team. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence supporting agents and driving performance.

Requirements:

Fluent German (C2) English (B2)
Proven experience as a Team Leader in Call Center / BPO
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills

Contract & Benefits:

Permanent contract with 180 days trial
Health insurance from day 1
Relocation package for candidates coming from abroad
- Airfare reimbursement up to 400 at the end of month 6
- Shared apartment for up to 12 months (280/month with all utilities deducted from payroll)

Salary & Bonuses:

Base Salary: 1485/month
Performance Bonus: up to 2400/year (paid as 150/month 150 per quarter)
Meal Allowance: 7.23 per working day (159/month for 22 days)
Transport Allowance: 20/month

Approximate Total Monthly Compensation: 1824-1880 (including base bonuses meal & transport allowance)
