Job Summary

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Information Technology or a related field (required).
  • 2 years of work experience as a Technical Recruiter
  • Strong understanding of technical roles stacks and skill sets with the ability to discuss them confidently.
  • Hands-on experience conducting interviews using multiple formats (phone virtual and in-person).
  • Excellent sourcing skills including creative and targeted candidate outreach strategies.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices employment laws and end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities:

  • Write and post clear engaging and detailed technical job descriptions across relevant platforms.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through professional networks niche platforms and referrals.
  • Screen and evaluate resumes to assess technical skills experience and cultural fit.
  • Conduct pre-screening and structured interviews combining technical and behavioral assessment methods.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and technical team leads to identify current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and recurring technical roles.
  • Craft and send personalized outreach messages and follow-ups to potential candidates.
  • Participate in industry events conferences and meetups to network and strengthen the employer brand.
  • Prepare job offers support the onboarding process and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Conduct job and task analyses to document role requirements and performance expectations.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies market trends and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Promote the companys reputation as an employer of choice within the technology sector.
