Job Summary

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in software QA / knowledge of QA methodologies tools and processes.
Proven experience in manual testing and exposure to test automation.
Solid understanding of SDLC Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience in data and database testing (SQL required).
API and Postman testing experience is mandatory.
Familiarity with Git for version control is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter LoadRunner).
Experience testing cloud-based or microservices applications.

Responsibilities:

Design develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
Perform functional regression integration performance and usability testing.
Conduct data validation and database testing to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Perform API testing using Postman and validate backend integrations.
Identify document and track bugs and defects using tools like ClickUp JIRA Trello or similar.
Collaborate with developers designers and business teams to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools such as Selenium Cypress or PHPUnit.
Participate in release planning and validate deployments in staging and production environments.
Ensure adherence to QA best practices and continuous improvement processes.
