We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Product Sourcing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience sourcing products for e-commerce companies building reliable supplier relationships and negotiating for the best pricing and quality. This role is crucial in ensuring we continually expand our product offerings and maintain high standards across our catalog.

Key Responsibilities

Identify evaluate and source new products that align with Suddoras brand and market demand.
Research potential suppliers and manufacturers focusing on quality cost and reliability.
Negotiate pricing terms and contracts to optimize profit margins.
Manage supplier communications ensuring timely production and delivery schedules.
Conduct product quality checks and coordinate samples when necessary.
Monitor market trends and competitor products to recommend new opportunities.
Maintain detailed sourcing and supplier records for reporting and decision-making.

Requirements

Proven experience in product sourcing for e-commerce businesses.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of global sourcing platforms (Alibaba Global Sources trade shows etc.).
Ability to analyze costs quality and delivery timelines to make informed decisions.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience sourcing in categories such as apparel accessories or consumer goods.
Familiarity with Amazon Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
Understanding of import/export procedures and logistics.
