About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Analytics & Modeling Manager to join our clients team and lead efforts in transforming complex data into actionable business this role you will oversee the design development and execution of analytical models that help drive strategic decision-making improve business processes and enhance profitability. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to collect process and analyze data across Sales Marketing and Finance using AI modeling and advanced analytics to uncover trends test hypotheses and recommend impactful solutions. Beyond technical expertise you will play a key leadership role in guiding a team toward excellence fostering a data-driven culture and ensuring the delivery of high-quality business-relevant insights.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
8 years of experience in data modeling and analysis including work with:
Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery
Applied Machine Learning algorithms
SQL or Python programming
Data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or Google Data Studio
At least 5 years of proven managerial or leadership experience.
Strong business acumen with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data insights into clear business recommendations.
Experience in project management and stakeholder collaboration across teams.

Good to Have:

Background in Data Science or Finance.
Understanding of sales processes systems and performance metrics.
Working knowledge of Salesforce CRMA.
Experience in Software Engineering or technical solution development.
