Led by 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 who have delivered projects across 𝟭𝟮𝟬 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 they are now solving 𝘂𝗻𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆.

We are building a 𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲-𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 of 𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝗠𝗡 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 globally through our IAC 𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝟮𝟬𝟯𝟬 initiative @ a 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝘇𝗲 our 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 now has 𝟱𝟬𝟬𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 organically coming from 𝟳𝟰 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 @ . This is to 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗮𝗽 between the 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 & 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗮 to help 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀 in their 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵. & 𝗠𝗴𝗺𝘁. 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀 for 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

Cloud Counselage is looking for mission-driven and growth-oriented 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀 (𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗮) to become the face of Cloud Counselage nurturing trust fostering collaboration and driving visible outcomes for our cause-driven global community in their assigned cities and regions around it.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

1. City-Wide Community Management

Build grow and engage the IAC community within assigned city and nearby regions to execute strategic initiatives
Develop and Maintain strong engagement channels to promote employability programs and IAC initiatives
Recruit train and manage Community Champions and volunteers across colleges ensuring consistent execution in implementing and localizing national campaigns
Facilitate collaboration between students faculty and industry mentors
Ensure member success and achievement of community goals

2. Academia Relationship Management

Identify and onboard new colleges/universities into the IAC network
Engage with college authorities entrepreneurship cells and placement cells to onboard colleges into the IAC network
Coordinate MoU signings faculty development programs and student participation in IAC events
Build and nurture a city-level community of college faculty and students
Encourage colleges to participate in community activities
Collaborate with colleges to curate and co-host inter-collegiate event and professional development activities
Represent IAC at campus events seminars and conclaves

3. Event Planning & Engagement

Plan and execute regional events such as webinars hackathons innovation challenges mentorship sessions and career fairs
Coordinate logistics partner engagement registrations and marketing for each event
Ensure brand consistency and adherence to IACs event SOPs
Track and report key event metrics (attendance engagement feedback)
Represent Cloud Counselage in external events conferences and university meetings

4. Team Leadership & Management

Lead and mentor a team of local coordinators and volunteers
Assign tasks review progress and ensure high-quality community interactions
Report weekly performance metrics and field insights to the Central IAC team

5. Reporting & Impact Tracking

Maintain community dashboards engagement data and impact metrics
Prepare monthly reports highlighting outreach engagement and event outcomes
Share success stories testimonials and best practices with the national IAC team

𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮

1-5 years of experience in community management institutional partnerships business development or event management
Diploma / Degree in Business Communication Education or related field
Experience in education EdTech or NGO sector preferred
Working laptop and stable internet connection (mandatory)

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Event management and program coordination experience
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills
Stakeholder management especially with academic institutions
Community engagement mindset with empathy and leadership
Comfort with digital collaboration tools (Google Workspace Canva Zoom LinkedIn WhatsApp CRM etc.)
Energetic self-motivated and passionate about youth empowerment
Leadership skills with ability to manage teams and handle multiple colleges
Strong planning coordination and reporting abilities
Willingness to travel locally within the assigned city
