Position: Senior CRM Manager
Location: Ta Xbiex Malta (hybrid)
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan brief and execute end-to-end CRM campaigns across multiple brands or business units.
- Ensure all campaigns align with overall marketing goals customer journey strategies and retention objectives.
- Develop and implement audience segmentation strategies to drive precise targeting and personalization.
- Utilize data insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and engagement.
- Use Excel and analytical tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI or similar) to create reports visualizations and data-driven recommendations.
- Lead mentor and develop a CRM team setting clear goals and performance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing product analytics and design to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Evaluate campaign performance and deliver actionable insights for optimization.
- Produce post-campaign analysis and recommendations to improve ROI and strategy.
- Manage campaign budgets and promotional spend effectively to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Identify opportunities to enhance CRM strategy tools and processes.
- Contribute to organization-wide CRM initiatives aimed at improving customer engagement and brand performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native / fluent in English with strong command in both writing and speaking.
- Proven experience in a senior CRM or lifecycle marketing role.
- Strong understanding of CRM campaign strategy execution and performance analysis.
- Expertise in customer segmentation retention marketing and lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools such as Excel Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience managing budgets and driving ROI-focused marketing initiatives.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
- Excellent communication organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
- A proactive and strategic thinker with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
