Job Summary
Workload: 80-100%
Help shape Axpos AI journey. Identify high-impact AI and GenAI opportunities across our business support pilots from idea to value and contribute to the growth of our AI Solutions team in a collaborative fast-moving environment.
What you will do:
- Explore Axpo business areas to identify and prioritize AI/GenAI opportunities with clear value
- Support discovery: map user pain points define problem statements and draft lean business cases
- Co-drive pilots: align scope backlog and timelines; coordinate with engineers and stakeholders
- Track delivery progress risks and impact; ensure learnings feed into next iterations
- Prepare crisp updates and demos for stakeholders; gather feedback to refine the roadmap
- Contribute to team routines documentation and ways of working to support sustainable growth
What you bring & who you are:
- You have a background in Engineering or Business ideally with focus on Design Thinking Innovation Management or related courses.
- You have a strong interest in Product Thinking and AI/GenAI applications
- You are able to structure problems prioritize and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders
- You are familiar with GenAI concepts (e.g. LLMs prompt design RAG MCP)
- You enjoy coordinating with engineering design and business teams
- Youre curious proactive and comfortable with ambiguity
- Nice-to-have: Experience from a prior internship/student role in product data/AI or consulting
- Nice-to-have: Exposure to agile practices (Scrum backlog user stories experimentation) and Azure or similar cloud.
