Position : Amazon Wholesale Operations Specialist

Work Hours (Client) : 8:00am - 5:00pm PST with a 1 hour break from 1:00pm - 2:00pm PST

Pay Range : $1000 - $1500 USD/month(varies based on skill set and experience level)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Were looking for a highly skilled Amazon Operations Specialist to serve as a strategic right-hand to the business owner. This role is ideal for someone with deep Amazon wholesale and brand management experience who thrives in a dynamic fast-growing environment. Youll play a key role in optimizing operations improving systems and driving the business toward greater efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Amazon operations including order processing inventory management listing creation and PPC campaign coordination
• Manage communication channels: monitor inbox respond to vendors and handle correspondence with key partners
• Support financial operations: assist in bookkeeping P&L tracking profitability analysis and pricing forecasts
• Place and manage wholesale orders; coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely fulfillment
• Maintain account health and compliance including handling A-to-Z claims and reimbursements
• Identify process improvements and help implement new systems to enhance operational efficiency
• Provide internal project management support for ongoing initiatives and business growth strategies and assist in managing and coordinating team members
• Contribute to recruiting and onboarding per internal project requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills

Education: Bachelors Degree (ideally)

Experience: 5 years of continuous experience

Industry: Amazon Wholesale and Arbitrage

• 5 years of hands-on Amazon experience specifically in wholesale and brand management
• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central account health listing management inventory management and P&L management
• Exposure in financial analysis bookkeeping (QuickBooks) and P&L management preferred but not required
• Proven ability to take initiative solve problems and strong critical-thinking abilities
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Strong understanding of vendor relationships and handling procurement processes
• Project management experience and with the ability to implement operational improvements within a team environment is required
• Comfortable working remotely with availability during Pacific Time business hours
