Job Summary

We are looking for a Front-office Assistant to be the face and voice of our Porto studio. Someone who is organized approachable and proactive capable of creating a welcoming environment while ensuring smooth daily operations.

DESIRED PROFILE

Previous experience in reception front-office or customer service roles;
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Professional friendly and proactive attitude;
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environment;
Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written);
Good knowledge of MS Office and/or other organization tools;
A collaborative spirit motivated and initiative-driven mindset.
