Job Summary

Job Title: Senior IS Technician/IT Support
Job Location: Sanford ME 04073
Job Duration: 3 months Extension
Retail - Offsite - field work (traveling from store to store; mileage reimbursement approved; using personal vehicle)
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 4pm hours a day 40 hours a week.

Must Haves:

Previous Field work is a huge plus. (ex. driving site to site managing tickets etc.). Please list any experience on top of resume.
Hardware repair experience
Have ability to work on their own
Lift 75lbs
Work flexible hours

Interview Process: 1 round w/ Mgr (on-camera 30 mins max)

Job Description:

Work approximately 40 hours per week in Sanford ME area.
Worker will assist in running service calls and installing computer and printer hardware in CVS stores.
Locations to be visited will be in the local ME & NH area. Some drive times may be an hour or two in each direction.
A permanent CVS FTS employee will provide direction and support on a daily basis.
Worker must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation to drive themselves between several CVS locations on a daily basis.
Worker will be reimbursed for miles driven on weekly expense report at CVS reimbursement rate.
Must have previous hardware repair experience have ability to work on their own lift 75lbs work flexible hours complete required paperwork and have excellent customer service skills.
Schedule will be 40 hours per week and might include weekends and holidays as part of normal work days.
This is not a work from home position it requires driving to different stores throughout the day.

Position Summary:

Assist local FTS Technicians in completing projects installing computer equipment and running service calls.
Work alone under guidance and drive between several CVS locations on a daily basis performing these duties.

Job Duties:

Communicate daily with local Team Lead for direction
Drive to CVS locations (must have own transportation)
Complete assigned projects and tasks
Install computer equipment
Run service tickets

Experience:

Previous computer hardware printer experience

Education:

High school diploma
Certifications and other degrees a plus
