Job Summary

Core Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning:
    Developing and implementing HR strategies and policies that are directly aligned with the businesss overall objectives and goals.
  • Business Partnership:
    Acting as a strategic advisor and consultant to management and leadership providing expert advice on a range of HR and business-related matters.
  • Talent Management:
    Overseeing talent acquisition performance management succession planning and employee development to build and enhance the organizations people capability.
  • Employee Relations:
    Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues including conflicts investigations and ensuring fairness and productivity.
  • Organizational Development:
    Supporting organizational change fostering a positive workplace culture and contributing to initiatives that improve work relationships and productivity.
  • HR Metrics & Analysis:
    Analyzing HR metrics and data to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making to improve organizational performance.
  • Compliance:
    Ensuring adherence to HR regulations and company policies often partnering with legal departments when necessary.
