Functional Parameters:
Talent Acquisition:
Ensure the average time taken to fill a vacancy from job requisition approval to candidate acceptance.
Custodian Ownership:
Create monitor and execute the job description and training program for all employees.
Maintain the KRA and KPI sheet for all employees.
Gathering the data of new joiners through employee feedback form (On-Boarding Experience)
Employee Engagement:
Create monitor and execute employee engagement surveys ( job satisfaction communication recognition).
Track and analyze absenteeism and retention rates to employees (Through Employees Master Data)
Ensure employees are informed about wellness and engagement programs.
Training & Development:
Identify and analyze the training needs of employees across the role requirements.
Design and implement targeted training programs to address identified skill gaps.
Policies & Procedures:
Create analyze and execute the new policies and processes.
Review and update the polices annually.
Induction Training:
Preparing/conducting Induction Training Program for new joining employee.
Ensure all the HR information work policy and company polices are mentioned during induction training.
Ensure and review the performance evaluation of employees on time.
Performance Management System:
Develop and implement the employees goals aligned with the company objectives.
Address and resolve the disputes against the PMS.
