- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter GitHub Stack Overflow research communities meetups) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct technical screenings and behavioral interviews to assess skills culture fit and motivation.
- Maintain strong candidate engagement and deliver an exceptional experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Track and report key metrics (time-to-fill pipeline conversion rates diversity metrics) to inform hiring strategies.
- Represent the company at local tech events university programs and industry forums related to AI and engineering.
