Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist and nbsp;to support the development and execution of brand strategies across digital platforms. This role focuses on maintaining brand identity managing social media presence creating engaging content managing influencer collaborations and strengthening overall brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and handle brand social media accounts (Instagram Facebook LinkedIn etc.)
- and nbsp;Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital and marketing channels
- and nbsp;Plan and execute brand-building activities and social media campaigns
- and nbsp;Create and manage content including captions posts blogs reels and marketing copies
- and nbsp;Develop and maintain content calendars in coordination with the design team
- and nbsp;Identify coordinate and manage collaborations with influencers and creators
- and nbsp;Coordinate with digital marketing design and product teams for campaign execution
- and nbsp;Support website social media and overall content branding initiatives
- and nbsp;Assist in product launches promotions and online branding activities
- and nbsp;Track influencer performance engagement and campaign outcomes
- and nbsp;Monitor brand performance audience insights and customer feedback
- and nbsp;Conduct competitor analysis and prepare social media and amp; brand performance reports
Required Skills and amp; Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Branding Business or a related field
- and nbsp;35 years of experience in social media management content creation or branding
- and nbsp;Strong content writing and verbal communication skills
- and nbsp;In-depth understanding of major social media platforms and influencer marketing
- and nbsp;Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- and nbsp;Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
- and nbsp;Proficiency in MS Excel PowerPoint and basic reporting tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Beauty Personal Care FMCG or D2C brands
- Hands-on experience with influencer outreach negotiation and collaboration
- Familiarity with content scheduling tools and social media analytics platforms
