Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM

Job Description:

We seek an experienced detail-oriented payroll specialist to join our team at TekWissen Software Private Limited.
A Payroll specialist you will oversees all the aspects of payroll processing ensuring accuracy compliance and timely payments to employees.
This includes ensuring the accurate and timely payroll of payroll compliance with federal state and local regulations and resolving payroll discrepancies.
You will also collaborate with various departments to gather and validate payroll information provide exception services
You must ensure that the employees are paid correctly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Manage End to end payroll processing for US employee on a biweekly weekly and Monthly basis.
Ensure accurate computation of wages tax deductions benefits garnishments and other withholding.
Supervise and review payroll data for accuracy.
Manage payroll adjustments bonuses off-cycle payrolls as needed.
Conduct internal audits of payroll processes and records to ensure accuracy
Oversee the configuration optimization and maintenance of payroll software
Address and resolve employee payroll queries and discrepancies in a timely manner.
In-depth understanding of US federal state and local payroll laws.

Qualification and Skills:

Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
Good experience in payroll processing Specifically in US Process.
Knowledge of payroll software systems (ADP PayCom Paychex or similar payroll software)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and Interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Excel and Financial reporting tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
