Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
Job Description:
  • We seek an experienced detail-oriented payroll specialist to join our team at TekWissen Software Private Limited.
  • A Payroll specialist you will oversees all the aspects of payroll processing ensuring accuracy compliance and timely payments to employees.
  • This includes ensuring the accurate and timely payroll of payroll compliance with federal state and local regulations and resolving payroll discrepancies.
  • You will also collaborate with various departments to gather and validate payroll information provide exception services
  • You must ensure that the employees are paid correctly and on time.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage End to end payroll processing for US employee on a biweekly weekly and Monthly basis.
  • Ensure accurate computation of wages tax deductions benefits garnishments and other withholding.
  • Supervise and review payroll data for accuracy.
  • Manage payroll adjustments bonuses off-cycle payrolls as needed.
  • Conduct internal audits of payroll processes and records to ensure accuracy
  • Oversee the configuration optimization and maintenance of payroll software
  • Address and resolve employee payroll queries and discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • In-depth understanding of US federal state and local payroll laws.
Qualification and Skills:
  • Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
  • Good experience in payroll processing Specifically in US Process.
  • Knowledge of payroll software systems (ADP PayCom Paychex or similar payroll software)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Financial reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
