MIS Specialist

PRO (Payment Risk Operations) is engaged in driving exceptionally complex and fast decision making that drives stopping the bad actors from committing fraud on the Amazon platform. As fraud is evolving so are we and to do that PRO needs to effectively staff itself 24-by-7 for a 365 day operations environment worldwide. The teams support our existing countries new countries launches and a multitude of new product offerings on Amazon.

- PRO MIS Employees of VCC (KAIN) that have been in the L3 IC role for at least 6 months. Technical Skills: An employee should possess basic SQL and Advanced Excel skills The employee should NOT be on any Coaching or Development plan or being issued any CAG document for behavioral issues in the last 3 months The nomination should be discussed and approved by respective L4/L5 Manager.

- * Exposure to business analysis using data mining & any of the analytic tools like Tableau SQL. SAS Python R Access etc * Good working experience on MS Excel (Advanced) Macros MS Access and SQL. * Exposure in working with databases and data mining techniques in a business environment * Analytical mind-set and ability to see the big picture and persuade others to see the same. * Detail-oriented and must have an aptitude for solving unstructured problems. * Good written and verbal communication skills * Passion/interest to learn with a creative bent of mind.
