Job Description / Position Description
We are seeking a skilled SAP Ariba Consultant to join our team and lead digital procurement transformation initiatives. The consultant will be responsible for Implementation & Configuration: Deploy configure and optimize SAP Ariba modules (Procure-to-Pay Sourcing Contracts Supplier Lifecycle and Catalog Management) to meet business requirements. ERP Integration: Ensure seamless connectivity and data flow between SAP Ariba and ERP systems particularly SAP S/4HANA enabling end-to-end procurement visibility. Process Efficiency Drive operational excellence by streamlining procurement workflows enhancing compliance and enabling supplier collaboration through Aribas digital solutions. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with procurement finance and IT teams to align system capabilities with organizational goals. Continuous Improvement:Provide insights training and support to maximize adoption and deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and configure SAP Ariba modules (Procurement Sourcing Contracts Supplier Lifecycle Catalogs) to meet business requirements.
Manage and optimize supplier information and procurement workflows ensuring seamless integration with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA ECC).
Support end-to-end procurement processes including requisitioning sourcing contract management invoicing and supplier collaboration.
Provide training and support to end-users on SAP Ariba functionalities.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues ensuring smooth operations.
Conduct audits and ensure compliance with procurement policies and data integrity standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance IT Procurement) to drive process improvements and digital transformation.
Stay updated on SAP Ariba innovations and recommend best practices for adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with SAP Ariba modules (Procure-to-Pay Sourcing Contracts Supplier Management).
Knowledge of integration with SAP ERP/S/4HANA.
Familiarity with procurement processes and compliance requirements.
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business or related field.
SAP Ariba certification preferred.
