Job Summary

Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)	As a Senior Developer/Technology Lead (Power Platform) you will be responsible for designing developing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions that enhance business processes and drive efficiency. You will own end to end delivery for a scrum team and lead a team of junior developers.
Total Experience	5 to 8 Yrs
Mandatory skills	In-depth knowledge of Power Automate Canvas App Model driven apps. hands on experience of atleast 4-5 years on Power platform. Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. In-depth knowledge of Power Apps - Model Driven Apps (including business process workflows dataflows security role implementation) Dataverse and Power Automate Good understanding of Power Apps - Canvas app SharePoint and Power Bi Experience of working and leading agile teams Lead the team of 8-10 people and own end to end delivery mentor junior developers code reviews troubleshooting of technical issues provide oversight to team status reports Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders gather requirements and present solution Ability to work independently and collaborates effectively with team members sharing knowledge and supporting collective goals
