Job Overview
We are seeking an accomplished and highly resourceful Executive Assistant III to provide exceptional support to senior executives including C-level leaders such as the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Information Officer within a global digital innovation environment. The ideal professional is proactive detail-oriented and able to excel in a fast-paced dynamic setting while maintaining utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic calendar management across multiple time zones in a constantly evolving environment.

Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual meetings including scheduling rooms arranging catering and ensuring technical setups.

Manage complex travel planning securing a seamless end-to-end experience.

Prepare format and distribute meeting agendas presentations and other critical documentation.

Take ownership of deliverables and special assignments by establishing clear objectives prioritizing tasks monitoring progress resolving issues and adapting plans as necessary.

Arrange logistics for off-site meetings and departmental events as required.

Handle varied administrative duties and communications with discretion accuracy and professionalism.

Serve as the liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders including customers vendors and visitors.

Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
What Youll Bring

Bachelors degree is required.

A polished professional with a minimum of 5 years supporting C-level executives in fast-paced global organizations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint Teams and Skype for Business) with excellent typing and proofreading skills.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

High level of professionalism with proven ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

Strong organizational skills capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
