Working exclusively in Xero youll handle end-to-end bookkeeping for several entities playing a key role in keeping the operations organized and scalable. Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming/outgoing transactions across 34 active entities (expanding to 5)
- Accurately allocate and categorize all transactions within Xero
- Process and reconcile credit card transactions with precision
- Maintain up-to-date financial records through regular weekly or bi-daily sessions
- Navigate Xero to organize and manage financial data efficiently
- Adapt to growing transaction volumes as the business expands
- Collaborate with the clients accounting team to ensure smooth financial operations
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Xero (required)
- Strong background in bookkeeping with high accuracy and reliability
- Excellent communication skills for seamless remote collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple entities and handle varied workflows
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail
- Availability to work during Melbourne business hours
- Experience with multi-entity bookkeeping is a plus
