We are currently hiring a Staff Nurse Radiology (CT) for our hospital in Dublin Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and professional team that provides exceptional patient care in an environment where quality respect caring and compassion are at the heart of everything we do.
Hours: 35 hours per week
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing care to assigned patients within an evidence-based person-centred framework ensuring dignity respect and compassion at all times.
Assess plan implement and evaluate individualised care programmes in collaboration with patients families and the multidisciplinary team.
Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings case conferences and clinical discussions to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and nursing records in line with professional and organisational standards.
Promote compliance with HIQA JCI and all clinical governance and infection control guidelines supporting audit quality and safety initiatives.
Support discharge planning and continuity of care by liaising with patients families and external agencies as appropriate.
Demonstrate leadership and accountability coordinating the unit in the absence of the Clinical Nurse Manager and supporting colleagues as needed.
Engage in ongoing professional development mandatory training and reflective practice to maintain and enhance clinical competence.
Ensure safe and efficient use of clinical supplies and equipment reporting malfunctions or risks promptly.
Contribute to service development sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement in quality and patient outcomes.
Requirements
Registered in the General Nurse Division of the Register of Nurses maintained by the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) Bord Altranais agus Cnáimhseachais na hÉireann.
Possess the requisite knowledge skills and abilityincluding a high standard of clinical and administrative competenceto effectively fulfil the duties of the role.
Demonstrate professional knowledge and experience across the general scope of nursing practice with a commitment to continuous learning and excellence in patient care.
