1. Lead the team of Subcontract Engineers/Administrators.
2. Ensure the Subcontract Administration procedure is implemented and followed by Subcontractors.
3. Initiate and respond to letters and notices to and from Subcontractors as needed.
4. Monitor the performance of Subcontractors.
5. Review and validate progress payments submitted by Subcontractors.
6. Support the project management team in identifying any variations or claims affecting the project program and forecasts including delays and costs.
7. Analyze Site Technical Queries Site Instructions Deviation Requests to determine cost impacts and lead price negotiations with Subcontractors.
8. Ensure that extra works new unit prices claims back charges liquidated damages and close-out of Subcontracts are processed according to the relevant procedures.
9. Actively participate in change management and forecast analysis.
10. Ensure the issuance of Completion Certificates.
11. Regularly update Subcontracts Forecasts analysis.
12. Manage the commercial close-out of Subcontract Agreements.
13. Collect and share lessons learned feedback and experiences on construction issues and criticalities.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in roles related to prefabrication piping and modules fabrication contexts
