Job Summary
Building Foremen Required New Residential Development (Stellenbosch) Start Date: January 2026. Interviews shall commence in October through to end November
We are seeking experienced Building Foremen to join our clients team for a large-scale residential development commencing in January 2026.
Requirements:
Long-term project opportunities in the Stellenbosch area
A professional and supportive work environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Building Foreman on residential or mixed-use projects
- Proven ability to manage on-site teams subcontractors and day-to-day operations
- Strong technical and leadership skills with attention to quality and safety
- Ability to read and interpret building plans and specifications
- Valid drivers licence and own transport
- Overseeing site works progress and quality control
- Coordinating materials labour and subcontractors
- Ensuring deadlines and safety standards are met
- Reporting to the Site Agent / Project Manager
