Whats the role
The Associate Network Engineer will be responsible for providing level 2 incident troubleshooting and resolution monitoring network performance and capacity and performing network changes in line with business requirements. It will also involve participating in a roster to support extended and out-of-hours operations contributing to network design and implementation activities and engaging in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network efficiency scalability and reliability.
What do I need
Essential:
- Networking basics 1-3 years of experience.
- Troubleshooting Cisco network devices 1-3 years of experience.
- Experience with ITIL framework.
- Networking Certifications - CCNA.
Desirable:
- SD-WAN troubleshooting/implementation.
- Automation skills (Python etc).
- Managing enterprise networks.
- Bachelors Degree in IT related field.
