In this role theThird-PartyOperations Service Coordinatoris responsible forall communication aspects with Third Party Operators from the time of fulfillment to final review of a customers trip.Additionalresponsibilities include building daily relationships with all Third-Party Operators to ensurecustomersflights are executed flawlessly. This individual needs to be solution-based when issues arise and provideaccurateand effective.

This individual needs to be solution-based when issues arise and provideaccurateand effectiveresolutions.

Your Key Responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to...

• Facilitate all date and time changes with Third Party operators for WU flights.

• Work with GRP Team to ensure all GRP flight details areaccurateand assigned appropriately.

• Final quality control check for all Third-Party flights including crew andaircraft.

• Assist withRecovery of all Third-Party flights due to service interruptions prior to the day of the flight.

• New trip construction including initial communication with bothThird-Partyoperators and Member Services.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Table: Education &Certification Requirements

Werelooking for someone who has auniquemix of experience skills and passion for what we do:

• Minimum of1year of experience in vendor/customer service role or similar including a minimum of1-yearprivate aviation experience

• Strong written and verbal skillsimportant

• Detail orientated

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Must be able to work both independently and inateam environment

• Varying schedule for coverage

• Will be expected to communicate with 3POperatorswritten and verbally

The Extras We Value (Preferred Requirements)

While not mandatory here are someadditionalthings that would make you stand out:

• BA/BS Aviation Management

• 1 year experience in Wheels UPMember Services preferred will consider someone with a minimum of 6months ofMember Services experience.

• Knowledge and understanding of Member Program Rulespreferred

At Wheels Up we believe in fair compensation based on experience skills and qualifications.

The salary for this role ranges from$61000.00. Depending on a variety of factors wedonttypically start individuals at the top of the salary range; your place within the range is based on what you bring to the table. Additionally you may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program which rewards individual and organizational performance.
