Job Summary
- Position: Receptionist / Hospitality & Office Services Support (Law Firm Account)
- Pay Rate: $20 $22 per hour
- Schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Temp to Engage
- Dress Code: Business Casual and Professional
- COVID/Driving Requirements: None
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and act as the first point of contact
- Answer and transfer phone calls
- Reserve conference rooms and visiting offices
- Order pre-packed lunches/breakfasts and coordinate meeting catering
- Set up beverages and catering for meetings
- Maintain and restock conference rooms and kitchen supplies
- Support office services: handle mail shipping copying scanning and office supply ordering
- Collaborate with onsite and operations team
- Respond to office operations and facilities requests
- Assist customer teams with routine and ad-hoc tasks
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Professional attitude and ability to work independently
- Flexibility for early or late hours as needed
- Previous experience in office support hotelling or law firm environments preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; moderate sitting and walking required
- Self-motivated fast learner consistent performer
- Parking provided
