M-F 8-4:30 (hours are somewhat flexible) In Office
Department: Administration
Reports to: Chief Financial Officer
Are you ready to lead financial excellence at a mission-driven organization Kintura a not-for-profit leader in senior services is seeking a dynamic strategic and collaborative Director of Finance Financial Operations & Reporting (DOFFO&R) to join our team!
What Youll Do:
- Drive Financial Strategy: Shape the future of our organization by leading financial operations reporting and controls across multiple divisions.
- Lead & Inspire: Mentor and develop a talented accounting team fostering a culture of collaboration growth and continuous improvement.
- Champion Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure robust financial controls regulatory compliance and proactive risk management.
- Modernize & Innovate: Leverage advanced financial systems and data analytics to deliver timely accurate insights and support decision-making.
- Partner for Success: Work closely with executive leadership department directors and management to develop tools analyze trends and support organizational growth.
- Make an Impact: Prepare and review financial statements coordinate audits manage insurance programs and support special projects that drive Kinturas mission forward.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration (Accounting preferred)
- CPA certification required
- Proven experience supervising accounting teams and leading financial operations
- Proficiency with modern financial systems ERP platforms and data analytics
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Experience in healthcare or senior living finance a plus
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development
