Contract Type:Full-time Temporary (Initial 3 months with potential to extend)

Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker to join our clients SAS Team in Hartlepool.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where youll play a vital role in safeguarding and supporting children and families. Youll be responsible for managing complex cases offering professional guidance and ensuring statutory duties are met in line with legislation and local procedures.
What will your responsibilities be
- UndertakeChildren & Families assessmentsand ensure timely completion.
- Lead on complex cases and provide professional advice to colleagues.
- Chair meetings and contribute to multi-agency planning.
- Prepare reports and care plans for children and families.
- Attend court and provide evidence when required.
- Work closely with families under Child in Need Child Protection and PLO processes.
- Carry out other social work tasks as directed by your manager.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have
- Social Work England registration.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Post-qualified experience in safeguarding and assessment.
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work.
