We have more than 124000 members who are songwriters composers and music publishers. We license organisations to play perform copy or record our members music and we distribute the royalties to our members.
The Administration Support Officer offers general support to the entire credit function.
The objective of this role is to successfully support the Credit Team so that collections remain on track queries from mercantile agencies are responded to in a timely manner and to support the Credit Manager in day-to-day duties.
The role is based in our Ultimo office which is on Gadigal land.
As an Administration Support Officer your responsibilities will include:
- Assistance with the Credit Team inbox.
- Direct debit failure assistance.
- Maintaining client records.
- General support of the Credit Team as

To thrive in this role youll need:
- Experience in debtor management.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
