Job Summary
Pathways Inc. is looking for compassionate people to fill the Case Coordinator position at our mental health program Lake Breeze Community Residence for Children and Youth located in Canandaigua NY.
Nature of Work:
This position is responsible for clinical oversight of the assigned community residence program and for the coordination of all mental health and non-mental health services that each youth participating in the community residence program will need.
Minimum Qualifications:
- The incumbent of this position will have a minimum of a Bachelors degree in the human services field and at least two years experience working with children and/or adolescents with serious emotional disturbances. A Masters degree is preferred. S/he must meet the qualifications for a Qualified Mental Health Staff as stated in Part 593 of the OMH regulations.
Must maintain a valid Drivers License and driving record that meets Pathways insurability guidelines to operate agency owned vehicles.
- Must meet the requirements of the School Age Care Day Care and/or Mental Health Regulations regarding a State Central Register Clearance regarding history of abuse/maltreatment of children and Criminal History Review for criminal convictions.
