Job Summary
Shepherd Neame is looking for a Sous Chef to join our teamso if you are a proven chef with experience at a senior level and you are lookingfor a new challenge; this may be just the job for you.
Situated on the magnificent clifftop at Kingsgate the Botany Bay Hotel in Broadstairs Kent is the perfect destination for a seaside escape. The stylish coastal retreat overlooks 200 metres of golden sands stunning cliffs and rock pools. Guests can stay in one of the 30 en-suite bedrooms enjoy a drink in the lounge bar or sample some delicious food in the restaurant.
We know that an excellent Sous Chef is one of the keyingredients to a successful kitchen so this role will see you supporting your Head Chefdeputising in their absence and assisting with the development of the kitchenteam to deliver efficient high quality food service to our customers.
