Who you are:
- To secure the WHE quality activities like incoming inspection process inspection and to comply with the code requirement.
About the job:
- Establish and maintain inspection documents of in-process inspection and final inspection;
建立并维护检验和测试相关文件
- Coaching and support inspector team on daily inspection;
指导检验员的日常检验活动提供技术支持
- Responsible for collecting and audit quality related reports including material reports inspection reports ITP etc.
负责各项质量控制相关文件的汇总审核包括材质证书检验试验报告流转卡等
- Coordinate the 3rd party or customer inspection on site;
协调外部第三方或客户的现场检验
- Support to do the trouble shooting during incoming and in-process follow up the root cause and corrective action/plan in the NCR system;
针对进货及制造过程出现的问题进行调查并处理应用NCR 系统追踪原因及纠正预防措施的进展
- Be involved in internal/external audit for ISO9001 system ASME code KGS code and customers
参与并支持各项内外部审核ISO9001ASMEKGS以及客户等
- Other task from line manager.

What you know:
- Bachelor degree majored in Mechanical Engineering or related.
机械类或者相关专业本科
- working experience in mechanical industry
具有机械行业工作经验
- 6 Sigma Lin or similar experience
6西格玛精益或类似的经验
- Ability to communicate in English both oral and written
英语口语及书面沟通良好
- Pressure vessel or heat exchanger experience is plus
具备压力容器或者热交换器经验优先
- welding or NDT is plus
具备焊接或者无损探伤知识优先
