Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Field Service Technician to join our growing this role you will install troubleshoot repair and maintain high-performance corrugated machinery at customer sites. This is a hands-on travel-based position that requires strong electrical and PLC experience along with a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel up to 100% to customer sites across North America.

• Perform electrical installations maintenance and troubleshooting on corrugated machinery.

• Read and interpret electrical schematics wiring diagrams and PLC logic.

• Support the commissioning and startup of new equipment.

• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to emergency service calls.

• Collaborate with mechanical and engineering teams to ensure optimal machine performance.

• Document service activities issues and resolutions accurately.

Qualifications & Skills

• 35 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance automation or field service.

• Strong understanding of PLC systems (Siemens preferred) VFDs motors and sensors.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.

• Technical or trade school education in Electrical Industrial Maintenance or a related field preferred.

• Valid drivers license and ability to travel extensively; passport or eligibility to obtain one required.

• Excellent troubleshooting communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
