Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Workforce Management Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in managing emergency shift coverage ensuring internal casual staff are utilised effectively and supporting system-based workforce management processes to minimise reliance on external agencies.

This role is pivotal in maintaining the accuracy of rostering systems submitting and actioning shift changes and supporting workforce reporting to help meet our strategic staffing goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate urgent shift coverage to ensure operational continuity
  • Maximise use of internal casual workforce to minimise agency usage
  • Maintain system data integrity and assist in system configuration
  • Submit and update shifts and changes in HumanForce system
  • Produce regular staffing reports and insights using Excel and internal tools
  • Liaise with internal teams and external labour hire agencies
  • Support broader workforce initiatives and contribute to team-based planning

What Youll Bring

  • Understanding of rostering processes and casual workforce models
  • Experience in fast-paced operational environments
  • Familiarity with workforce management systems (e.g. HumanForce) is a plus
  • Familiarity with Excel and comfortable reviewing workforce data
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience managing flexible staffing pools is advantageous
  • Willingness to learn system configuration and support automation initiatives
  • Proactive in resolving unfilled shifts and following up actions
