As a Flight Training Coordinator you will coordinate the daily running of all training and checking activities for Flight and Cabin Crew ensuring efficient utilisation of resources and on-time training delivery.
You will plan initial and recurrent training for aircrew including booking all training facilities and recovering any disruptions to planned training in accordance with company and regulatory requirements. Your role will also include general administrative duties such as the management of SharePoint auditing training records and monitoring crew expiries.
Youll have:
- Strong administrative and coordination capabilities
- Excellent time management and decision-making skills
- Positive stakeholder engagement skills including management of stakeholders who are remote
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex issues
- Strong compliance ethic and commitment to upholding a compliance culture
- Robust computer literacy skills proficiency in MS Office programs and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Previous experience in coordinating training or rostering will be highly regarded
